What is included in the Starter (tier 1) website?
Home, contact, and privacy pages included, plus up to 5 additional pages (8 total). Mobile-first design, lead capture forms, and search console / local SEO setup. The one-off fee includes domain registration (first year), hosting setup, and getting your site live on the internet. Hosting can be through Huginn or handed over if you prefer to self-host. Builds take ~20-30 business days depending on package — Starter typically ~20 days (10 days working draft, then 10 days unlimited revisions).
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own the site outright once the build is complete and paid in full. Huginn does not retain ownership. After finalisation, changes aren't included in the build fee — add a care plan for ongoing updates, or pay a one-off $99 change window (10 business days) for a short round of edits.
When do I need a care plan?
If you plan to update your site regularly after launch. The one-off build fee covers domain, hosting setup, and going live — not ongoing edits. If you only need changes once in a while, a one-off $99 change window (10 business days) is available without subscribing to a care plan.
What happens after my site is finalised?
Once you sign off on the final version, the build phase is complete and no further changes are included. Need edits later? Either purchase a care plan for ongoing updates, or a one-off $99 change window — 10 business days to request and approve revisions.
How do deposits work?
Each build package has a deposit to secure your slot: $25 for Starter (5% of $499), $150 for Growth (5% of $2,999), and $500 for Pro (5% of $9,999). Deposits are paid via Stripe checkout. The remaining balance is due before launch.

What is included in a website care plan?
Every care plan includes hosting with Huginn — your site is hosted and managed on our infrastructure at huginnweb.com. Essentials adds security updates, daily backups, and uptime monitoring. Growth adds monthly content updates, SEO reporting, and performance review. Partner includes ongoing optimisation, lead-generation support, and priority changes. Not ready for a subscription? A one-off $99 change window (10 business days) covers occasional post-launch edits without a care plan.
How long does a website build take?
Builds take approximately 20-30 business days depending on package — Starter typically ~20 days, Growth ~20-25 days, Pro ~25-30 days. Exact timeline is confirmed in your site plan before design starts.
Do you set up Google Analytics?
No. Analytics setup is not included in build packages — that's your responsibility if you want tracking. We do set up search console and on-page SEO so your site can be found.
Can I add extras like logo design or copywriting?
Yes. Extras are optional add-ons for any package — logo design (from $99), brand kit (from $599), copywriting (from $99/page), extra pages, stock photography, business email, Google Business Profile setup, and more. We add them to your build invoice when we quote the project — not as separate cart items at checkout.
Can I make changes without a care plan?
Yes. If your site is already finalised and you haven't purchased a care plan, a one-off $99 change window covers revisions for 10 business days. For regular or ongoing updates, a monthly care plan is the better fit.
Do you build e-commerce and SaaS websites?
Yes. Growth packages support booking, quote, and signup flows. Pro packages include bespoke Next.js builds for e-commerce, SaaS products, membership sites, customer portals, and integrations with payments, CRM, and third-party tools.
